Precision is a residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical service company based in Boulder, Colorado and has been in business since 1982. We are looking to bring on several full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included. Pay: $16-20/hourly
Our customer care representatives play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and scheduling timely assistance for repairs, installations, or maintenance. They serve as the initial point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and live chats. Our representatives must communicate clearly, demonstrate empathy, and ensure that all customer concerns are handled professionally, while also maintaining accurate records of interactions and coordinating with service technicians to deliver seamless service experiences.
